UDARA SEASON!!!!
Agbalumo is every ones favorite fruit. I am sure i have not come across anyone who dislikes this fruit. As a child my mother would buy a big basket full of Udara (as it is called in eastern Nigeria). My brother and I would rub it in between our palms, bite of the pointed side and suck the whitish juice. I cannot describe the good taste but thats the beauty of it. It reminds me of the earth, two poles but a virtual equator.
Not ready to eat Agbalumo can "slap" you (sour acidic taste) giving you a funny feeling in your jaws. Agabalumo with the strength to "slap" you cannot be differentiated from the tasty ones but this is a fruit every one craves for.
I bought a poly bag full of Agbalumo on my way back from Osun state last weekend. We've all had something to snack on (lol) for two days now.

POST NO BILLS
Did Lagosians re-paint their walls and forget to inscribe "POST NO BILLS"? Or has it become prohibited?
Posters with faces of political aspirants have become the post-Christmas decorations all over Lagos state and the individuals assigned to pasting these posters seem to have no mercy.
What happened to banners, bill boards, social media and at least some posters.
I hope the LAWMA workers get more pay as campaigns are on going? in some areas they contribute largely to the litter on the streets. Sometimes, I wonder if the posters have legs as they seem to come back once one falls off.
Think about this....
